Established in 2012, the Sri Sathya Sai Sujala Sravanthi Trust is a charitable organisation based in Hyderabad, Telangana. The Trust focuses on improving the quality of life in rural and underserved communities through initiatives in drinking water, sanitation, rural infrastructure, education, nutrition, and healthcare.
Its healthcare programmes include rural health centres and a free multi-specialty hospital with services in orthopaedics, ophthalmology, paediatrics, dentistry, and preventive care for conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.
Run entirely by volunteers, the Trust works with compassion and commitment to serve those in need.

The word "Swasthya" mrans as it is. As we embark on a national diagnostics cum dispensary services program to prevent diseases by early detection and timely interventions, Sai swasthya centre's have been planned.
